When Rugby was still a fairly young puppy, I was teaching him to ask permission to get up on the furniture. He was not allowed on the big bed unless he asked and was invited. One day, I couldn’t find him anywhere, and I looked all over the house. I went into our bedroom, and low and behold….my little sneaky speckled pupper was on the big bed, hunkered down behind the pillow shams….trying to be invisible so he wouldn’t get kicked off the bed! He was a Ninja in the making!!
